Housing Informaton
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on base or finding a home off-base within the community.

• As soon as you receive moving orders, contact The Housing Management Office (302) 677-6969, who can answer all of your housing questions or concerns, and provide you with services such as off-base housing referrals and assistance with lease agreeements.  

Dover AFB On Base Housing 

• The Unaccompanied Housing Office (302) 677-2074 is reserved for airmen in the ranks of E1-E4 with less than 3 years of service. You are provided with private sleeping room, furnishings, bed linens and supplies required for comfortable living.  

• On-base housing is privatized and operated by the pet-friendly Hunt Military Communities: Eagle Heights at Dover (302) 678-3603 / (888) 696-3194, which offers three communities of single, duplex, triplex, and fourplex buildings with rear patios, and 1-2 garages. Amenities can include washer/dryer hook-ups, landscaping and wood floors. Please keep in mind that there is a process involved in renting on-base, which may include wait times.
